All Rates quoted INCLUDE: Tax, Port Charges & Program Fees as well as SPECIAL GROUP PERKS!!!  AND YOUR 10 HOUR CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSE!!!

Please include in your reservation if you qualify for special Military or Government Fares  or qualify for any special Casino Offers  (with proper Identification required within 7 days of booking), You may also qualify for additional Past Guest or a Senior Promotion.  These will ALL be cross referenced against the Group Fares and the best option will be discussed prior to booking

1st Payment - Immediately!!    

Choose your Stateroom Category and Stateroom NOW with w/$150.00 pp deposit based on double occupancy -- 

Submit your reservation when you are ready to actually "book your stateroom " with a roommate.  Staterooms will only be assigned upon full deposit.  

Please note:  The total $150 per person deposit allows a guest to secure the Stateroom Category, the specific Stateroom and the Ship location of your Stateroom.  You get to choose the best location and cabin before anyone else!!

FINAL PAYMENT is February 11th, 2020  &  WILL BE AUTOMATIC:  All Final Payments are not due until February 11th 2020, are completely refundable until that date and will be set up as an AUTOMATIC PAYMENT.  They will be charged by the Cruise Line automatically to the Credit Card used at the time of initial booking.  

If you need to change the form of payment, you must do so in writing or safely through the reservation system by February 1st, 2020.  All Deposits will be subject to Cruise Line Cancellation Policies following Final Payment.  A brief overview is listed below however, please visit www.Carnival.com for additional information!

How do You Know You're getting the Best Value? 

Easy -- I book on the Carnival Reservation System and check inside AND outside the group to make sure you're getting the very best promotion and value being offered at that time.  I check to make sure no other promotion can beat the overall value of fares and perks being offered either inside or outside of our Group.  We can book ANY promotion into our Group with exception of the Casino Fares which are NOT always less than our group fares... 

Triple & Quad Staterooms  Space is limited for triple and quad accommodations and is subject to availability at the time of request. Triple and Quad staterooms require full per person deposit of $150 pp at the time of booking. Pricing is subject to change and available upon request.

Single Staterooms
The Cruise Line charges for double the occupancy (not taxes / fees / program fee).  Please call me ASAP for Single Supplement Fares or to see if there are others sailing "solo" who might like to "share" the costs of a Cabin.

Friends, Family & Children are all welcome to sail with the group.  Carnival has an AWESOME children's program for ALL ages so any child attending will be almost "immediately connected" once on board..   All Group Cruisers will be welcome to attend any of the Group Events (although some Events may be age appropriate).  Share this link to EVERYONE on your Social Media Accounts and encourage them to JOIN US!

Note About Certain Promotions:   Occasionally -- for Certain Balcony or Suites Categories there MAY be EARLY SAVER FARES or Early Saver - PAST GUEST FARES which is a Carnival "staple" - booking more than 90 days prior to sailing.  This is the only fare that allows you to "upgrade or get the lower fare" if the fare is lower at any time up to the day of sailing.    It is also a "non-refundable fare.  HOWEVER, after a $50 pp admin fee, Carnival WILL CREDIT YOU THE BALANCE as a FUTURE CRUISE CREDIT.....  This sometimes can be the BEST WAY TO BOOK, if you know for sure you are NOT GOING TO CANCEL (call me if you have questions) about these other types of fares that MAY be available.  I will ALWAYS notify you what promo you are being booked under.  The Group Fares or another Promotional Fare
